Consultations

• Routinely 1 to 1¼ hours.
• Thorough health history taken, involving past illnesses, health events & family history.
• Current medications.
• Appropriate pathology testing and investigations.
• Lifestyle factors and current dietary habits.
• Blood pressure, pulse and temperature.
• Nail and tongue analysis, iris analysis, weight and dietary appraisal may also be included.
• Treatment plan including strategies and proposals devised and explained. This may involve herbal mixture, herbal remedy, dietary or nutritional supplement and a dietary plan.

Follow up consultation – 30 to 45 minutes.

• Discussion of progress, investigation results and formation of ongoing treatment.
• Should follow on from initial consultation, ideally in 10 to 14 days, but by no more than 6-8 weeks.

Short acute consultations – (existing clientele only) – 15-20 minutes

• Acute health issues that may arise in the normal course of life.
• Conditions such as head colds, sore throats, influenza (particularly in the earliest stages of body aches, elevated temperature, sweating, sore throat), skin problems like impetigo or acute flare-ups in eczema, boils, carbuncles, abscesses and minor skin infections, gastrointestinal issues like vomiting, diarrhoea and constipation, musculoskeletal problems such as strains and sprains.
• This type of appointment is of particular assistance to mothers, babies and young children and is available at short notice.

Telephone Advice/Counsel – (existing clientele) – up to 20 minutes

• I am always available for advice and guidance with health issues.
• I am happy to speak to you about any queries or concerns about current treatments that you may have.
• The advice of this nature does not attract a fee.
• You are welcome to ring my mobile at 0405 371 537. I will return any missed calls as soon as possible.

Telephone Consultation (existing clientele 30 -45 minutes as per follow up consult).

• Offered as a means of monitoring continuing treatment.
• Can be in place of face to face appointments.
• Discussion of progress, investigation results and developing ongoing treatment protocols.
• Fee for consult must be settled before telephone consult can proceed

Mobile consultations (existing clientele) – 30 -45 minutes in consultation.

• Within 20 kilometre radius of Clinic.
• Follow up appointment only.
• Assists clients who are unable to travel to see me at All About Your Health to continue the momentum of their natural medicine treatment.
• Ideal for mothers with babies and young children, pregnant or early post-natal clients who are unable to travel, or disabled or non-mobile clients.
• Initial consultation is to be conducted at All About Your Health prior to a mobile consultation being organised.
• All mobile consultations must be fully paid for the day before the appointment time.
